Face Without Fear Demo (2000)
This was an extremely short lived project recorded around 2000. It was a hardcore band consisting of
Brett Kaplan - Guitar ( Numbskulls )
Jay Hillegass - Bass ( Boot Militia, Repercussion, Jumpercable )
James Allen - Vocals ( Red White and Blue )
Art Howard - Drums ( City Never Sleeps, Jumpercable )
There were only one or two practices and one "demo" recording. It was recorded on a headset with a microphone made for internet games on a computer in Brett's room. This recording was never meant for a release. This is basically just a live recording of practice. This is the only copy of the recording.
It is "Talk is Cheap" originally by BOLD. Then, into an unplanned loose fun "jam-out style" cover of "Blood for Blood" By Spirit of 88. ( A local late nineties hardcore band, no affiliation to another controversial band of the same name )
I wish this band came to fruition. Its hard to believe this is ten years old now. This would have been a great traditional skinhead hardcore style band.
